At Depaul UK we are currently have an exciting opportunity for a Prevention Services Manager to come and join our London team. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis. In return you will receive a competitive salary of £33,794 per annum + pension and other benefits.

As our Prevention Services Manager you will oversee our prevention services in London, with a team of 10 staff, with responsibility for Nightstop and Alone in London.

You will be responsible for ensuring our prevention services are delivered to a high standard in London, ensuring young people are supported to move forwards and progress.

You will be also working with our programmes team to ensure Sherborne House (the building where our London prevention services are based) is a welcoming, safe and engaging space for clients from the moment they arrive at the building, to the moment they move on.

You will be driven by delivering evidence based programmes, that have a lasting impact on our clients, and you'll be equally at home supporting your team, selling our work to potential funders, to monitoring outcomes on a spreadsheet.

What will ideally support your success in the Prevention Services Manager role?

- Experience managing multiple services that support vulnerable people

- Experience managing complex contracts, monitoring outcomes and thinking of creative new ways to meet our targets

- Experienced at managing high performing teams.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to work collaboratively and communicate across all levels of the organisation

- A good understanding of housing and homelessness, and the issues that young people face.
