Based in the heart of Surrey, a challenging and fast moving role now exists for a DC Pensions Administrator within a global leading and highly respected financial services organisation.

This specific operational division supports and maintains pension administration services for a wide range of corporate clients. The nature of the service provided includes full support to pension scheme members at all stages of the administration life cycle through to specialist support to trustees and members for specific task delivery.

Based within the Retirement & Benefits Team that administer retirement, death and divorce cases for members of DC Full Service Schemes, you will be involved in the process and / or check sales and / or information packs, and other ad-hoc requests, across one or many of the journeys listed above, where key responsibilities can include:
  • Accurately processing financial transactions for retirement, death and divorce, including cases with Protected Tax Free Cash (PTFC) and Guaranteed Minimum Pension (GMP) / Reference Scheme Test (RST) calculations
  • Ensure all allocated work is processed in a timely manner avoiding exposure to unnecessary risks in market movements when dealing with financial transactions, or processing invoices and sales
  • Thorough quality checking of cases, including PTFC and GMP / RST calculations
  • Organise the day to day planning of workload for yourself and for the wider team as required - a dynamic Support management on MI and projects as required

With experience gained within a DC or DB environment, an understanding of GMP and Protected Cash Calculations would be highly beneficial but not essential.

This is not your usual day-to-day pension administration role and is ideal for someone who is looking to further develop their experience within experience within the pensions/financial sector, whilst also looking for an employer offering long-term commitment and progression.
