We are looking for a Personal Appointments & Corporate Service Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis to develop and deliver all aspects of our Personal Appointments service in retail stores and Corporate Service in the UK and internationally. The Role

As our Personal Appointments & Corporate Service Manager, you will report directly to our Retail Controller and drive our new Personal Appointments service launching AW19 to increase our growing customer base. Also, you will lead the expansion of our Corporate Service, a uniform/styling option for large high-end brands including retailers, hotels, members clubs and private jets.

Responsibilities of our Personal Appointments & Corporate Service Manager will include:
  • Develop and deliver the Personal Appointments vision to our retail teams in the UK and internationally
  • Work with departments across Head Office to develop the smooth running of both services
  • Oversee Personal Appointments training for all in store teams
  • Create and deliver innovative service strategies for UK and international markets
  • Use social media platforms including Instagram and Twitter to source VIP clients
  • Innovatively network and grow the existing corporate client list whilst attracting new clients
  • Liaise with our Merchandising and Franchise teams to scale the corporate service and deliver to international markets
  • Attend networking events to create brand and service awareness
  • Meet and exceed targets and KPIs

Our Personal Appointments & Corporate Service Manager will have the following skills and experience:
  • Styling, Buying or Personal Shopping experience in a senior role within a premium or luxury environment
  • Previous experience of leading a large team
  • Experienced in delivering training and developing people
  • Experience in corporate client account handling is preferable
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proven experience working independently to meet deadlines and targets in a pressured environment
