Mission for the Role:

Customer Success is central to the Whizz Education service. CSMs work with senior management teams to adapt educational frameworks to ensure every school achieves their educational goals through personalised learning. They work alongside School Advisors to provide training and ongoing support throughout the customer journey, consistent with the implementation plans developed by Advisors for each school. CSMs apply best practice account management, actively monitor implementations with the help of real-time reporting, and maintain the responsiveness of the Maths-Whizz service. They leverage relationships with existing schools to network within their region and maximise Whizz's reach.

Opportunity the role seeks to address

To deliver a quality support service for Whizz customers in the North of England To raise the standards of implementation, training and support, to integrate the service to meet educational and curriculum needs.

Key Skills and Experience
  • On-the-ground experience in delivering maths education, ideally in primary.
  • Experience in integrating learning tools into curricula.
  • Preferably experience creating and delivering professional development to educators.
  • Obsessed with customer and learning impact. Proven evidence of educational impact, either as a practitioner or service provider.
  • Exceptional presentation skills; can communicate the big picture and small details.
  • Commercially aware.

What would the first year look like

Within 3 Months:
  • Learn the Whizz Education value proposition, product and service.
  • Understand the Educational Framework that underpins implementation.
  • Support sales activities by helping the Advisor to prepare for consultations and write proposals.
  • Assume account management duties for all existing schools according to centrally agreed activities such as weekly monitoring of assessment and learning data.
  • Develop working relationship with Advisor to understand how you can leverage your respective skill-sets to support schools.
  • Develop local awareness of education marketplace, identifying key stakeholders and events.

Within 6 Months:
  • Develop a consistent approach to account management, in line with central frameworks.
  • Measure and evaluate implementation activities and prioritise accordingly.
  • Prepare weekly insights for discussion with Advisors, to support targeted implementation of existing schools.
  • Mine CRM data for insights on sales and implementation, guiding key prospecting activities.
  • Organise local events to support lead generation, leaning on existing schools and central support to engage prospects.

Other Key Details
  • This role has will be home based with regular travel with occasional long days.
  • Your client base will cover the North of England
