SF Group are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger clerk on a temporary basis for a business in Castle Donington. On site parking is available for all staff and a competitive salary and benefits package.

The successful Accounts Assistant will be responsible for the following duties:
-Processing supplier invoices received in the post onto paperless online system
-Processing of supplier invoices onto SAP
-Preparing payment runs to suppliers
-Reconciling supplier statements to SAP
-Processing monthly journals as and when required, e.g. accruals and provisions
-Check and post goods in transit from suppliers
-Allocating receipts of money from customers onto SAP
-Confirm customer balances with SAP
-Attend stock takes, as and when required

The successful candidate will have the the following skills:
-Experience of working in a similar role within accounts
-Excel skills are essential and SAP is desirable
-Ability to work to tight timescales and prioritise workloads
-Accurate, with an excellent attention to detail
-Must be self-motivated, proactive and eager to learn new skills
-A positive approach to work
