Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting on behalf of a well-established specialist manufacturer who design and supply bespoke engineering solutions to the FMCG sector worldwide. This is a brand new role which has been created due to business growth, reporting to the Sales Director the Head of Sales will be responsible for generating sales for commercial growth and securing new customers in a growing global market.

Head of Sales responsibilities will include;
- Lead, motivate and inspire the internal and external sales team
- Play an integral part in the preparation of the long term sales strategy
- Consult with key customers, developing bespoke technical solutions
- Responsible for the budgeting, forecasting and analysing market trends ensuring customer satisfaction is exceeded
- Responsible for improving and maintaining overall sales performance
- For customer visits, prepare presentations that demonstrate the commercial benefits of the product

To be considered for the Head of Sales role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience;
- Understanding of bespoke manufacturing solutions
- Technical sales knowledge
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Proven experience of managing a large sales team
- Experience/understanding of 3D CAD
- Manufacturing experience essential
