The Company:
My Clients are an award winning company specialising in sensory advertising, an innovative digital advertising technique that brings adverts to life on mobile devices via use of 3D effects, gyro and haptic feedback. They work with a plethora of premium global brands and world renowned media agencies. With offices in London, New York, Los Angeles, Singapore, Hong Kong and Paris. Currently they are going through a rapid growth and are therefore looking for a Finance Executive to assist the Finance Director and CFO.

The Role:
The Finance Executive will assist the Finance Director with daily responsibilities including recording transactions, resolving queries and communicating with clients and suppliers.
You will:
Experience with Xero and RecieptBank
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
Be numerate and analytical
Be reliable and precise
Record transactions accurately and efficiently
Prepare monthly sales invoices for each geography
Use online software RecieptBank to allocate expense category and integrate with accounting software Xero.

Your Responsibilities:
You be responsible for preparing monthly sales invoices for all geography
Allocate credit cards spending and manage Spendesk account.
Prepare monthly journal entries for provisions, cost allocations and inter - company transactions.
Reconcile bank accounts in multiple currencies for each geography
Resolve both sales and purchases queries for each geography.
Follow up on an outstanding accounts receivables making use of online chaser tools for each geography.
Manage payment terms for suppliers
Ensure the office is well stocked with fruits, groceries, beverages and cleaning products
Purchase suitable laptops, computers, screens etc as requested.
Offer additional ad hoc support to the Finance Director and CFO

Requirements:
3 - 5 years experience in a similar role
Relevant tertiary degree/advanced diploma
Xero and RecieptBank experience

Advantageous but not essential:
Startup experience
