Training Administrator - Lincoln

Kisimul Group is recruiting for a Training Administrator to join our Training team. The post is based at our Training Centre in North Hykeham.

About The Job:

The post-holder will work under the direction of the Group Training Manager to support the team in the delivery of an efficient and effective learning and development administration service.

You will accurately maintain training data and produce management information, relating to training delivery, staff training records, candidate progression and liaise with the external awarding bodies, maintaining confidentiality and data protection at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To support the provision of an effective and efficient Learning and Development service across the Kisimul Group
  • Provide professional and accurate data and management information in relation to Training Department service provision
  • Manage training data and liaise with external bodies for Awarding Body requirements

Essential Experience Skills & Qualifications
  • Create and maintain accurate staff training records
  • Compile monthly reports for candidate progression and attendance information for Training Supervisor and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain Training Matrix and enter/manage data on the HR system
  • Liaise with external training providers for management of e-learning and externally delivered training
  • Management of invoices with Training Supervisor
  • Take minutes and record actions of Training Department meetings and Standardisation events
  • Ensuring candidate files are stored in a safe and secure location and remain up to date and available for review by the Internal Verifier
  • Complete written reports and provide management information as requested in a timely and professional manner
  • Create and maintain a stock monitoring system and manage orders for stationery and goods
  • Liaise with Domestic services to manage real estate requirements
  • Adhere to the Employee Handbook and all Company policies and procedures; particularly those relating to Health & Safety and safeguarding the welfare of pupils, residents and colleagues across the organisation
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned by management

Remuneration Package

The successful applicant will be offered a remuneration package that will consist of a basic salary of circa £17,000 as well as comprehensive training and other company benefits such as; Pension and Life Assurance.
