We have a new opportunity for an experienced Paralegal or a junior commercial contracts solicitor to join our commercial legal department. As a Paralegal who is looking for an opportunity to build your career, you will assist our Legal Counsel with a broad range of corporate matters from joint ventures, finance and commercial contracts.

The Role

·Review and draft contracts

·Proof reading documents ensuring correct formatting and versioning on all deliverables

·Providing preliminary reviews / cross-checking commercial agreements, NDAs and letters

·Creating and maintaining detailed trackers of all requests, questions/resolutions, work in progress, milestones, etc

·Organising internal/ external meetings and recording the minutes of those meetings

The Person

·A law degree (minimum 2:1) and the LPC ideally, or a non-law degree (minimum 2:1) plus GDL and ideally the LPC

·A broad commercial contracts / paralegal background, preferably within the IT industry

·Excellent knowledge and understanding of commercial contracts / contracts law

·Strong organisational skills and the ability to be methodical and meet deadlines

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills
