Student Support Manager - Norwich

Working as an extension of the operational team based in London, Bloomsbury this role will provide first class administrative support to students and staff across all courses in both the Norwich and Bloomsbury campuses.

Based in Norwich, this role will be responsible for coordinating the smooth operation of the Student Services functions for the Norwich site in accordance with agreed procedures and regulations.You will proactively deal with a range of enquiries direct from students across a range of topics including Student Records, Timetabling, Assessments, Careers, Pro Bono and where relevant signpost students to the appropriate internal contact.You will also proactively build collaborative relationships with a wide variety of clients, visitors and staff across both the Norwich site and the wider University of Law.

You will need to have previous experience of delivering first class customer service in a student facing office environment and in managing and implementing complex administrative processes.You will be confident working remotely and unsupervised and have the ability to use your own initiative, identify issues and suggest solutions
