My client are a fast growing IT Managed Services provider with offices across the UK. Due to ongoing success and growth they are looking for x2 1st Line Support Analyst.

The role for 1st Line Support Analyst would be a great kick off role in IT Services for a graduate or someone that has completed a apprenticeship and looking to kick on with their career.

As 1st line Support Analyst you will have outstanding communication and customer service skills as the role will involve communication via telephone and email with clients. So it is essential that this person is confident, articulate and able to stay calm under pressure.

As 1st Line Support Analyst you will be logging tickets, basic 1st line troubleshooting and basic support such as password resets etc. The role will not limit you, if you have the capability you will be able to use your full skill set. One of their existing 1st line team has been promoted in to 2nd line after just 4 months. This is a great opportunity for someone to come in and accelerate their career.
