We are seeking a strategic and results-focused Portfolio Marketing Manager to help develop go-to-market strategies and sales enablement collateral for a portfolio of air transport products. This person will help position Air Transport Solutions (a division of SITA) for business growth and help convey the "Why SITA" story internally and externally.

You will be a key member of the ATS marketing team, and have the opportunity to work on a diverse set of projects, working cross-functionally primarily between sales, the product team and global marketing. You'll partner with our portfolio and product managers to understand customers needs to build the right products that fit their use cases and working closely with our demand generation and brand marketing teams to build out key marketing strategies and creative content.

Your role will involve:
  • The successful candidate will be naturally curious, a creative thinker and problem solver with hustle and drive, and a true team player with a can-do attitude.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our portfolios, products and target market segments to create solutions-oriented value proposition, positioning and messaging that differentiates ATS solutions in the Air Transport Industry.
  • Work closely with product managers to gain a firm understanding of product functionality and be a voice of the market and customer in helping to shape the roadmap and in sharing it with internal and external audiences.
  • Build strong relationships with cross functional teams to develop strategy, content and tactics.
  • Ensure the value proposition is fully leveraged in developing content for: product differentiation presentations, competitor information, needs analysis, case studies and web content.
  • Partner with customer-facing teams to create and deliver successful enablement programs.
  • Effectively communicate the product value proposition to internal teams and our users so that we are engaging the right people in the best possible way to achieve results.
  • Analyze competitor's offerings to identify potential gaps and contribute to SITA's competitive intelligence.
We would like it if you have the below qualifications, knowledge and experiences:
  • BS/BA and 7-10 years experience in product marketing and sales enablement
  • Bonus for having both B2B and B2C experience
  • Preference for candidates with Demand Generation experience
  • Work in a matrix environment, liaising with different teams to drive overall project success
  • Leverage consumer/customer insights to inform marketing plans and collateral development
  • Demonstrated customer focused advocate
  • Executed at least four product launches including content and collateral assets
  • Quantitative and qualitative analysis skills that support and promote business decisions.
  • Solid understanding of customer buying processes and how marketing influences different stages in the process.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a global environment w/ virtual teams
  • You are fluent with standard social, analytics, and advertising platforms
  • Superb communication, writing, and follow-up skills.
  • Comfortable working with excel, data, and analytics.
  • Confident collaborating with sales stakeholders and product teams.
  • "High-horsepower" thinker - "High Execution" doer.
  • Can share a portfolio of product, sales and marketing content
  • Requires some travel to events, customer meetings and inter-office meetings; about 20% annually
