Becoming a Senior Data Warehouse Manager with Capita Primary Care Support England (PCSE):

The position holder will work with the wider MI team and senior stakeholders across the PCSE partnership to ensure Data Support meets the level & quality required by the PCSE partnership.

What you will do:
  • Act as BAU custodian for the PCSE Data Warehouse and be responsible for all standard associated technical documentation
  • work closely with the Data Architect to land Transformation projects effectively
  • develop new technical and business processes around MI / business / external use of the DWH
  • Support wider Business Change management processes by attending forums and conducting Impact Assessments, developing data solutions etc
  • Support data developers and MI analysts by provisioning datasets to meet their needs
  • Lead best practice around the use of data for MI reporting purposes across the MI team

Your experience will include:
  • Expert in Data Warehouse technologies and how to develop / maintain
  • Data & Technical expert for SQL Server & Microsoft BI stack (SSIS / SSRS / SSAS)
  • Strong problem-solving skills - experienced in data investigation to quickly identify faults / verify amendments to code
  • Familiar with data presentation packages - e.g. Power BI
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Understands the E2E process for reporting / analytics development
