Payroll Manager required for an exciting temporary to permanent opportunity working within a well established business based in Birmingham City Centre. You will be working as part of a fast paced dynamic business and you will be responsible for overseeing a team which is processing weekly and monthly payrolls for 500+ employees; calculating SSP, SMP, SPP, starters & leavers, holiday & sickness allowances and handling any ad hoc payroll queries. You will also be responsible for undertaking one to one appraisals with team members to maintain a positive team environment and in turn maximising productivity.

You will be an experienced Payroll Manager with a desire to progress in a market leading business. You will be an excellent communicator and be able to handle various payroll queries via phone or email. You will have the ability to implement the requests of senior management whilst encouraging team members to deliver results and achieve their potential through strong leadership.
