As a Senior Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for:

·Perform the role of nominated Compliance Officer ("CO") and Money Laundering Reporting Officer ("MLRO")

·Provide guidance to management with regards to the interpretation and application of the relevant laws and regulations in the UK

·Work closely with Operational, Compliance & AML, Risk and Legal teams to ensure a robust regulatory control environment is maintained, suggesting enhancements for key controls governing regulatory risks

·Responsible for the effective design and implementation of the company's Compliance Monitoring Programme ("CMP") ensuring that it continues to provide oversight of the business and compliance with regulations

·Prepare and present written reports, as appropriate, on compliance matters for the Board

·Oversee the review of the breaches and complaints register ensuring appropriate due process is followed internally

·Act as principal point of contact with the FCA on regulatory matters as required

·Develop Compliance & AML project plans, detailing the objectives, scope and approach for the project. Manage the execution of the project plan and regularly communicate with key stakeholders

Experience:

·Have at least 10 years' relevant experience in a compliance role within the financial services sector

·University Degree and ICA Diploma

·Strong knowledge of the UK regulatory environment and ability to apply it appropriately within the business

·Must have a good working knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft products, in particular Outlook, Word and Excel
