Success Recruit are currently working with a growing and dynamic Insurance company based in Central Essex who are seeking an Administration Assistant to provide full administration support to the growing and busy claims department.

Our client is looking for someone with passion, drive and excellent communication skills ideally with an interest to begin a career within administration.

The successful Administration Assistant will be expected to:

·Ensure confidentiality in all aspects of their role

·Have strong written and verbal communication skills

·Ensuring high levels of attention to detail are focused at all times

Job Specification

Purpose of the role:

The purpose of the Administrative Assistant will be to provide comprehensive administrative support to the claims department, providing high levels of customer service at all times.

Duties to include but not limited to:

·Responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Claims department.

·Develop and maintain the inhouse filing system

·Recording and updating databases

·Projects such as gathering information by phone, letter or email

·Photocopying and scanning documents

·Manage Post and Emails

·Understand the SLA's and KPI's of the department and ensure adherence to these standards.

·To work closely with colleagues within the company to deliver consistently high levels of service

·To support and adhere to the company's values and policies in a professional manner

Our client requires that the successful Administration Assistant is to have a minimum of Maths and English GCSE and a minimum of 2 A-Levels.

This role would suit someone who is looking to start their career within office administration or has already started their career within this field. The successful candidate will be expected to work well within a fast-paced environment upholding high levels of professionalism at all times.

Office Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00am - 5:00pm

Salary: £16,000 - £17,000
