Working in a lovely friendly small office, this local company with very nice offices are seeking a Sales Ledger Administrator.

We are looking for a Sales Ledger Clerk/Admin Assistant to join our Head Office Team. The right person will have a background in a similar role, excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, excellent customers services sills and a highly organized approach to work.

Good attention to details, experiences processing over 500 Monthly invoices, knowledge and practice on excel and SAGE will be an advantage. Proactive in developing ideas/procedures.

Duties will include:
  • Raising invoices in an accurate and timely manner using SAGE 50 Accounts
  • Submission of the invoices
  • Liaising with line Manages and customers to revolve queries/issues
  • Support head office team with ad-hoc duties

This is a permanent position to start ASAP - Working hours Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:00Pm
