Having achieved global success with a simple software solution, our client are now looking for a Conversion Specialist to optimise the online user journey and drive B2B business growth. As a key member of the expanding digital team, you'll be empowered by a strong new leader to deliver a sophisticated roadmap which will convert new and existing customers.
- Devise and own an ongoing test/learn/iterate roadmap
- Optimise the onsite user journey focussing on delivering leads to the sales team
- Paid media landing page optimisation - including Quality Score improvements
- On page content and message testing
- Competitor analysis
- Identify pain points in the user journey and turn them into opportunities to improve conversion
- Adopt test hypotheses based on data insights
- Work with the SEO Specialist and PPC Specialist to ensure learnings are shared and to drive a consistent complementary approach to lead generation.
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to improve the quality of lead generation through to ROI and CLV
- Succesful background in CRO ( eg CRO Manager, Ecommerce Product Manager, User Experience Optimisation, Web Analyst, Web Developer etc)
- B2B experience in a global team is an advantage
- Knowledge of relevant platforms (VWO, Google Optimize, Google Analytics)
