Profectus are working with a software company that are known worldwide, to recruit for an Technical Implementation Consultant.

You will not be implementing Salesforce software, however as the new software will be integrated with Salesforce, Salesforce implementation experience is crucial.

As the company continues on their journey to be a global leader in the digital world, it's imperative that they deliver an unrivalled customer experience and with this objective you will play a massive part. In this role, you will work with an existing technical consultant and key business stakeholders, plus the team from a customer success platform to internally deploy and implement their customer success platform, and integrate it with existing internal systems.

Responsibilities
  • Deploy and integrate and implement new Customer Success Platform, on-time and within-budget
  • Drive cross-functional coordination from platform level
  • Work closely with IT and other business functions to evolve the platform over time

Requirements - Delivery / Product Management
  • Technical Implementation of SaaS enterprise Software - Salesforce is preferable
  • Project Management, Organisation and Communication expertise
  • Hands-on experience deploying business systems / platforms in a complex environment
  • Experience driving cross-function technical collaboration to optimise delivery timelines/outcomes

Requirements - Technical Experience & Knowledge
  • Platforms such as Salesforce, Totango, Gainsight or something similar. Salesforce is preferable.
  • Experience and familiarity building and operating data systems, leveraging customer information
  • Vendor management and tool management methodologies
  • System integration - strong understanding
  • Experience in Delivery and System Support roles
  • Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, PRINCE
  • Degree or relevant experience (Computer Science is ideal)
