We are looking for enthusiastic Insurance Sales Consultants to join our expanding insurance sales team. The successful candidates will enjoy working in a busy, targeted sales environment and be motivated to achieve high performance. About the business:

Here at the We Plan Group, we're excited to now be able to provide our customers with a range of products including home and life insurance. We are currently seeking experienced, dynamic and results driven individuals to support us at this exciting time. Full ongoing product training will be provided to allow you to develop within your advised insurance role to the best of your ability.

Insurance Sales Consultant Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify areas of opportunity for our customers and our company
  • Handling both inbound and outbound sales leads within agreed service levels, to promote a variety of insurance offerings to our customers
  • Consistently deliver to specified sales targets
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience, putting them at the heart of what we do
  • Building rapport and listen to customers to establish and meet their needs
  • Manage customer expectations throughout their journey from initial contact to their cover commencing
  • Evidencing excellent knowledge of the products, systems internal process and policies
  • Proactively achieve sales and quality targets, whilst displaying a positive attitude and supporting others to do the same
  • Adhere to regulatory guidelines and ensure awareness of any changes

Insurance Sales Consultant Requirements:

Essential -
  • Highly driven sales professional, with excellent communication skills
  • Minimum 1 year telephone-based sales experience in a busy, target and regulated environment - ideally Financial Services
  • Experience selling insurance
  • Self-motivated and resilient with the ability to operate independently
  • Ability to ensure regulatory requirements are adhered to
  • Assertive and confident
  • Ambitious in striving for success and target driven
  • Reliable, and an ability to demonstrate company values
  • Experience of working to targets

Our offices are based in Cwmbran, South Wales - easily accessible from all major transport routes. On-site parking.
