As the Data Management Administrator, you'll assist the Head of Data Management and Data Capture Manager in the day-to-day running of the two units. You'll ensure all activities are delivered on-time and within budget, producing data of the highest quality.

In the Data Capture team, you will lead activities, including:
- Assisting with planning resources, reporting data capture recharges, managing outsourced work to data capture agencies as well as developing data capture programs, scanning questionnaires, tests and other documents and processing data captured by the scanning process.
- Recruiting and managing temporary staff and trouble-shooting scanning software issues.

In the Data Management Unit, you will assist with:
- Co-ordinating and scheduling workload, cleaning data, scripting surveys and producing tabulated data.
- Ensuring the schedule of work is up-to-date and reflects any changes to requirements
- Playing a significant role in the Quality Assurance process, working with the teams to ensure all outputs from both units meet the specifications.

Your technical background:
- Basic Excel skills; ability to use formula and LookUp, to format and clean data and lists, create pivot table
- Comfortable using technology and learning database systems
- An ability to communicate effectively in writing, on the telephone and in person
- Highest level of attention to detail
