Rate: £375 per shift

Location: Glasgow

Start date: ASAP

Contract length: Until the end of 2019

Shift pattern: 3 nights per week (Mon, Tue & Weds 7pm - 7am)

We are currently looking for contractors with demonstrable experience of working as a Quality Checker to be part of a dynamic large-scale operation in the Financial Services industry. You will be responsible for ensuring that agreed in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications are met as part of a PPI Complaint Handling process. This role will be based onsite at one of our key Financial Services clients.

Role Description
  • Checking review cases to ensure that the right outcome for the customer has been reached
  • Providing feedback to colleagues to correct or improve their work
  • Looking for opportunities to improve processes or customer experienced through trends seen
  • Liaising with operational staff to establish procedures and standards

Essential Skills and Experience

To be considered for these opportunities you will have;
  • Minimum of 6 months' previous experience in Quality Checking, within Financial Services
  • Strong knowledge of complaint handling processes
  • Experienced in working towards targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT skills
  • Use of client systems, policies and procedures
