Reporting in to the finance manager this role will be integral to our clients finance function. This role does not require specific finance experience however the ability to pick things up quickly with a 'can do ' attitude is imperative to the successful applicant.

Role and responsibilities:
  • Matching, batching and coding a high volume of invoices on a daily basis
  • Weekly payment runs
  • Customer queries
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Petty cash and bank reconciliations

Background and experience required:
  • Purchase Ledger experience (desire able)
  • Good Excel skills
  • 'Can do' attitude
  • Ability to pick things up quickly
