Position: Recruitment Consultant
Location: Retford, Nottinghamshire (Commutable from Chesterfield, Newark, Lincoln, Scunthorpe & surrounding areas)
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 per annum

About the role:

PIB Insurance is a market leading and dynamic company with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the insurance market. We are now looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our HR Services team.

The Recruitment Consultant will support the Resourcing Manager with developing a comprehensive and strategic resourcing service and direct hire recruitment model. The focus will be on providing an excellent service for hiring managers, high quality candidate experience, building our employer brand and demonstrating savings against current recruitment costs.

Responsibilities:

- Supporting the direct hire recruitment service across the PIB Group, from vacancy to offer; including vacancy management, advertising, direct sourcing, supporting the interview process, managing offers and linking smoothly to the new starter process, with a strong focus on candidate experience.
- Use the ATS to manage vacancies, candidate applications and talent pooling.
- Support and develop the candidate attraction strategy, including; online job boards, database sourcing, candidate pooling and social media
- Help to develop our employer brand, working closely with the marketing department.
- At all times play a central role in hiring the best possible talent for the business.

About you:

The ideal candidate will have a strong recruitment agency background (Insurance experience preferred), be great at building relationships and be confident in providing strategic resourcing advice to hiring managers.
