Virtual Human Resources (VHR) have a new and exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager or Associate Sales Manager to work for a growing and progressive company whose head office is based in North West, UK.

The company are an aviation specialist who source and trade commercial aircraft components and advise on additional solutions for exchange, loan and outright sale

VHR are looking for an ambitious sales person within the aviation sector who will report directly to the company directors and join a close knit team to develop, deliver and manage the sales process.

Dependant on location and experience, this could be a home based position with the requirement to travel to head office on a weekly basis for meetings and other necessary engagements or can be someone local to the North West.

Flexible working hours will be considered within reason, this can be discussed at interview stage

Job Objectives
  • Seek out new opportunities by means of outside sales- frequent worldwide travel required
  • Assist in developing sales strategy to develop existing customer base
  • Quote current and new customers and follow up quote/sales opportunities
  • Trade inventory by means of sales and exchanges to customers worldwide
  • Create, manage and maintain new customer base of accounts.
  • Deliver high quality customer service and responses

  • Previous proven experience within a similar role (aviation/trading of components/rotary parts + spares etc)
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Commercially astute
  • Ability to build relationships with client executive management
  • Working knowledge of Quantum

  • Monday- Friday
  • 08:30-17:30 (40h per week)
  • Potential to be home based

  • Very Negotiable- Depending on experience- will accept people from all levels if their skills and attitude relate
  • Bonus- attractive- to be discussed at interview stage
