This position is reporting to the HR & Training Manager, the Payroll Administrator will be responsible for the timely and efficient administration of a variety of administrative tasks relating to recruitment, workforce changes and development, payroll and benefits. Providing high quality confidential administration and playing a key role in the business success.

Monthly Payroll Administration

(Circa 400 Calculating pro-rata payments for starters/leavers

Collation of fixed and variable associate data changes and Submission to payroll provider

Ownership and administration of Time and Attendance system

Overseeing the payroll authorisation process ensuring compliance at all times

Running and providing reports to relevant departments

First line of response for payroll queries

Ensure payment to third parties (pensions, T.U. subs, CSA, SAYE, Court Orders) from associate deductions

Collating data for P11d and PSA preparation
