We are recruiting for a leading asset finance brokerage who have a brand new role for an experienced Marketing Manager to take responsibility for the marketing department.

Summary of role: The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering the marketing strategy in line with company values and objectives whilst managing the marketing team and supporting the business development department.

Main duties and responsibilities are (but not limited to):
  1. Manage and continue to develop the brand and company values across the Company;
  2. Manage all Performance Marketing channels including email marketing and SEO;
  3. Write and manage the marketing strategy - in consultation with the business strategy;
  4. Manage the marketing budget and monthly reports to the Sales Director;
  5. Implement, deliver and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting on the critical data and results of these marketing activities;
  6. Manage the upkeep of the website, Electronic brochure, liaising with other departments and sales-focused;
  7. Supervise the writing, editing and proofing of business content;
  8. Monitor user activity on the site, producing reports using GoogleAnalytics;
  9. Managing all on-line and off-line activities including the website, social media, PR, email, and maximising customer lifetime value, as well as managing marketing campaigns and promotions;
  10. Support the creation of marketing materials and publish bespoke and visually compelling sales materials and pitches for a wide range of audiences;
  11. Implementation of customer and market research, analysis and solutions to identify new target areas, developing forward thinking initiatives for the future market place;
  12. Support the Broker Sales Departments with setting up alternative channels to generate revenue for the business.

Person Specification:
  1. CIM qualification or other relevant professional qualification preferred;
  2. Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline;
  3. At least three years' experience in a similar marketing role with a strong track record of technical marketing skills and company product knowledge;
  4. Project management skills across events, PR, content and digital marketing (SEM & SEO);
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  6. Proficient in the use of MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint);
  7. Ability to remain focused and effectively priorities' workload;
  8. Good management skills essential and the ability to communicate goals.
