  • Responsible for taking charge of the brands social media strategy to drive growth in all of the core KPI's.
  • To oversee all of the holidays and brands social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram and Twitter whilst coordinating with their creative team, managers and parks teams.
  • To develop engaging, creative and innovative content for regular posts across all channels.
  • To respond quickly to customer comments, check-ins and direct messages.
  • To audit and analyse the social media activity and any campaigns.
  • To monitor the social media activity of any competitors.

  • Good working knowledge of social media platforms
  • Web and computer software proficiency
  • Advertising and brand marketing experience
  • Strong copywriting, content creation, proofreading and editing skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
  • Organised, flexible and self-motivated
  • Forward thinking and creative
  • A can-do, fun loving personality

Added extra's but not essential
  • Photoshop or design skills
  • Experience in the travel and/or hospitality sectors
