As the Marketing Project Specialist you will implement strategy and marketing activities predominantly across the Independent channel within the wholesale business.

You will deliver harmonisation across North Europe, ensuring full execution in a standardised way working within international guidelines. Utilising this consistency to enable return on investment and support the objective to drive sell out.

The successful candidate will have the following accountability in the role:

• Priority project execution - working closely with the Brand Business Managers, trade marketing, commercial, training and instore specialist teams and where relevant the Tech Reps to lead the priority projects for the North Europe region. Providing one point of contact for the projects and executing the implementation with a North Europe approach, to drive synergies and cost efficiencies for the region.

• Trade Activity & Promotions - working in line with strategy to deliver appropriate sales tools, POS support and information to trade and sales force; formulating a Marketing plan for each launch and/or activity including objectives, distribution, product details and full execution; work closely with local and corporate teams to ensure that each launch/promotion is run in the smoothest possible way.

• Digitalization - leading the continued roll out and launch of digital platform for consumers project to the market following the pilot test. Driving the accountability of the sales force and marketing team to monitor the ongoing use of these tools to deliver the return on investment. Deep diving into the performance for consumer project, reviewing instore logistics, feedback, orders and impact on the wider business of these customers.

• Marketing materials - supporting the Commercial Directors to deliver the commercial terms/North Europe Reward programme. Coordinate the distribution of marketing materials and the relations with local suppliers for any trade marketing related activities.

• Reporting - maintaining and in some cases developing tools to support the marketing and commercial team objectives, including the marketing calendar for all channels of trade, and tracking the SIS and soft personalisation fixtures for the region. Review the return on investment for all projects executed and develop learning's for future projects.

• Calendars - own the detailed marketing calendar by customer for the independent channel to manage the brand focus by month and reduce duplication in marketing tools to maximise cost efficiency and brand visibility.

• Brand focus - generating tools to inject brand identity to trade marketing presentations. Forming a library of tools for the trade marketing team to utilise for trade marketing campaigns, working with the Brand Business Managers to set the best practice template and the parameters of each brand on what can be executed within the guidelines.

The Candidate

To apply for this role the successful candidate must:

• Previous Marketing experience (ideally Trade / Wholesale Marketing)

• Excellent project management skills

• able to travel 20% of the time and be able to stay overnight as and when required

• be highly organised with the ability to adapt quickly to strategic change

• be computer literate (Microsoft package)

• have excellent interpersonal skills

• be personable and friendly
