This role is responsible for all aspects of the Purchase Ledger function including;
  • Processing of manual and verification invoices
  • Processing of employee expenses
  • Following-up on supplier queries
  • Weekly supplier payments
  • Maintaining supplier master data
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Month End Processes:
  • GRIR review and reconciliation
  • Blocked list review
  • Account reconciliation
  • Intercompany matching
