Our client, an expanding IT Services company who support fantastic business across East Anglia, are looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer to join their team.

Key responsibilities for the 1st Line Support Engineer:

- Resolve incoming issues to the Service Desk
- Monitor and manage Tickets/Alerts
- Identify re-occurring tickets and implement a permanent solution
- Monitoring and management of Client backups
- Escalate Tickets to 2nd and 3rd Line Engineers where necessary

Skills/Experience needed for the 1st Line Support Engineer:

- 6 months experience in first-line support
- Ability to support Microsoft Windows desktops
- Basic level of Network and Server troubleshooting
- Excellent Customer Service skills
