Our client, M3 EU will be integral in developing the solutions for NHS trusts Practices, Agencies, and Healthcare Companies across the country and educating the industry on the best approaches to engage the largest database of doctors in the UK.

What will you do?
  • Planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns to attract doctors for 'perfectmatching' jobs including personalized direct emails, bulletins, and SMS marketing, site development and management (PC and mobile) including the creation of landing pages, SEO/SEM, social media advertising, PR, etc.
  • Set KPIs and track digital marketing performance - revenue, OR, CTR, CTOR, Users, Active users, Sessions, PV, Pages/Session, Average session duration, Bounce rate, Number of sessions per user, journey dropouts, retention, geography, devices, and many more
  • Determine ways to properly track all levels of digital marketing activity performance, measure, report, and make proactive recommendations on continuous growth of performance of all digital marketing campaigns and activities
  • Recommend new styles and effective marketing methods to generate new doctors/healthcare clients
  • Conduct branding activities of our business and our clients
  • An understanding of recruitment is a bonus

Your experience and knowledge
  • Understand and has experience in tech/digital, Tech and digital marketing background, including email marketing
  • Creative with design and content writing, customer/market focused, able to work as a 'doctor-advocate'
  • Able to write HTML, superb with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Very good with numbers, is data-driven and logical
  • AB-test minded
  • Think seriously and anticipate all angles, very detailed
  • Be comfortable working with clients/doctors
  • Commitment to results/delivery, including deadlines and final output
  • Start-up minded, very agile (create as moving forward, not set-in-stone on processes or ways to approach) and risk taking, ready to work in a demanding and faced-paced environment
  • Have strong ownership, be customer obsessed (know and answer to internal/external customers,) insists on the highest standards
  • Honesty, integrity and sincerity, don't have a big ego, be able to self-criticize and is not afraid to say 'I'm sorry'
