1st/2nd Line Support Engineer - Field Based - ASAP Start - Up to £25,000 dependant on experience

I am currently looking for an IT Support Engineer who will be office and field based providing 1st & 2nd line support across the South East.

This is a rare opportunity to join great company who are growing very fast and have big plans for the future. Full training will be provided on their hardware and software.

Daily Duties
  • Troubleshooting and resolving 1st & 2nd line issues and queries
  • Logging incidents, service requests, changes and problem tickets using Remedy
  • Ensuring timely resolution of requests in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • The ability to self-organise and prioritise workload
  • A natural interest in putting forwards new ideas to improve processes
  • Ability to travel to client sites (vehicle provided by company)
  • Work out of hours for certain clients who require minimal disruption (overtime paid)

Skills required
  • Strong 1st & 2nd Line Field Engineer experience
  • Troubleshoot issues across networking, desktop, mobile and other IT infrastructure systems
  • Experience in deployment and support of Enterprise-level IT systems and services
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role
  • Flexibility - Some early morning starts and late finishes
  • A desire to develop your career at pace, and the commitment to excellence that this requires
