  • Salary equivalent to Band 8a circa £44,880 - £53,550 per annum (FTE) depending on experience

Greenbrook Healthcare is the leading provider of co-located Urgent Treatment Centres caring for NHS patients across London and the Home Counties.

We are expanding our Clinical Governance team; we are offering a developmental role for an experienced clinician or non-clinician with clinical governance experience. The post holder will be supported and developed to transition into the senior Patient Safety, Quality and Clinical Governance Lead role. The purpose of this role is to promote, oversee and be influential in ensuring the consistency of high standards regarding patient safety, quality standards and clinical governance processes.

The post holder will have a portfolio of sites they will support and provide guidance to, they will help to ensure the organisation has robust and effective clinical governance processes. Portfolios are yet to be finalised, these will be confirmed following interview, consideration will be given to candidate preference, travel and service needs.

The post holder will be required to work with and provide various levels of direct support for each of their assigned services based on their fluctuating requirements, meaning frequent travel.

The successful post holder will have exceptional communication skills, a fine eye for detail with a positive can-do attitude, they will be enthusiastic and willing to learn.
