Would you like to work with a school that keeps to its "old school" traditions as much as it innovates and expands?

Reed Education Reading are working closely with a "good" school in Windsor with excellent feedback from our current teachers and long term temporary staff. With, in excess of 1000 students currently enrolled.

The school are looking to recruit a Teacher of Maths to join the schools successful maths department in September 2019.

The Headteacher has a real view of how to keep improving the school and set it aside from other academies in the borough, at the same time as keeping some of the schools traditions. In his words "this school is the type of school where the students stand when the Headteacher walks in, the students are polite and will hold a door open for you in the hallways".

The position is for a permanent Maths Teacher with the intention to start in September 2019 ready for the all-important middle term. This position would require lessons to be delivered up to A-Level as well as to plan and prepare high quality differentiated lessons.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Qualified or Unqualified Maths Teacher and applications from NQT's are warmly welcomed.

Message from the Head:

"Maths has always been a particularly successful subject at the school. When Ofsted visited in 2018, the Maths department was singled out for special praise, their report stating 'teaching in mathematics is particularly strong. The progress made by pupils was significantly above the national average.' "

What you will need:

- The necessary qualifications or experience.
- School environment experience, particularly at Secondary level.
- Strong IT skills - ability to use SIMS, email and other forms of electronic communication.
- Good organisational, communication and listening skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and to time constraints.
