Are you an experienced IT Support / Helpdesk Support Professional looking for a new challenging role? This company work with some leading global brands with very exciting projects!

This role will include to work various weekends through the year, in line with the client's live events.

Role Overview
An experienced IT Helpdesk Analyst, who will have strong Jira knowledge, excellent client support and management skills and, ideally, previous technical / helpdesk support experience, is required by a leading agency based in Old Street. A salary of up to £25,000 is offered depending on experience.

As the IT Helpdesk Analyst, you will be supporting both internal and external stakeholders with all technical issues. This will include hardware, software and networking problem solving -

Required Skills
The IT Helpdesk Analyst will ideally have the following skills / qualifications:
- Relevant 1st line / Helpdesk support experience
- Solid understanding of PC hardware set-up and configuration
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Understanding of Jira Ticketing systems
- Knowledge of Google Apps/drive and MAC OS

Basic salary to £25,000 + Benefits
