A well respected organisation with 2 vacancies in their Purchase Ledger Department.

Description
  • Code and check invoices
  • Work out VAT payments
  • Pay out money via BACS or by cheque
  • Check and reconcile supplier statements
  • File invoices and statements
  • Deal with purchase enquiries
  • Process staff expenses
  • Additional Hoc duties as required by the Purchase Ledger Manager

Profile
  • A background working in a similar role would of course be beneficial
  • Have the ability to take a level of responsibility for your own workload
