Branch Administrator

Market leading Financial services provider are looking for a branch Administrator to proactively assist in their sales support and collections departments.

The successful Branch Administrator will need to have a desire to work proactively in a team, working with your colleagues to ensure new business is written within the set parameters of the business and also to manage accounts that fall into arrears. As Branch Administrator you will need a high level of customer service and an experience in either side of the role: collections or sales support/Underwriting alongside the ability to communicate well with strong negotiating and influencing skills.

Responsibilities of the Branch Administrator Include:
*Speaking to customers and clients over the phone, assisting in the accurate writing of new business within the set parameters of the company. This will include negotiation to achieve sales Budgets
*Managing accounts that fall into arrears and helping get customers back on track, collecting fees and communicating with customers
*Organising accounts and communicating with customers, clients and colleagues to ensure all aspects of the business are covered appropriately; such as informing management of any potential losses, identifying fraudulent accounts

Essential Experience:
*High-level of Customer Service
*Experience working to a structured process
*IT systems skills (MS Office)
*Working in a team

Desirable Experience:
*Working in an underwriting or collections position
*Knowledge of: Data Protection, Compliance, Consumer Credit Act, Anti-money laundering and Consumer credit directive

*£19-20 k + discretionary bonus OTE up to £28k
