I'm currently working with a world leading research charity supporting in their search for a Service Desk Analyst to provide some temporary support. The position will last for 3 months initially and will be supporting the internal team of approximately 300 users.

The Role:

  • Supporting 300 users both on a face to face and remote basis
  • A mixture of systems support and hardware support including: PC's, Laptops, Phones, Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory etc

You Will Need:

  • Previous experience within a 1st or 2nd line support role
  • An enthusiasm to learn new technology and be a quick learner
  • Be able to take direction well when asked to pick up tickets
  • Exposure to a ticketing system
  • Be comfortable liaising with users both face to face, over the phone and via email/ticketing
