Education Support Professionals are looking for a dynamic Senior Product Manager for a very established and highly regarded organization providing services to the education sector.

The Company:
The company provides an extensive and innovative range of ICT services to the education sector and has been established for over 40 years.

The company are currently seeking a Senior Product Manager with responsibility to ensure retention and growth within the current and new customer base. Focusing your time to achieve the organisational and cultural changes required to bring excellent service to the customer base.
The Senior Product Manager will need to understand customers at each level of service provision and ensure the Service offerings are aligned to each customer segment, resonate within the customer base and are positioned for further growth. Working with Marketing, and the different sales and account management teams you will bring these offerings to market designing bespoke offerings as required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Understand the market and develop strong relationships with key customers across both single site, multi academies, independents.
• Create new market opportunities through creative service solutions and exploiting opportunities
• With your peers lead the review and evolution of Managed Services propositions to support the transformation and growth of the business.
• Deliver 'off the shelf' compelling products that achieve the growth and retention aspirations of the company.
• Understand the challenges faced in the sales cycle for both acquisition & retention.
• Understand the competitive landscape and help create services with true competitive advantage.
• Bring innovative ideas to win themes, solution benefits that deliver a higher conversion of opportunity.
• Understand the operational effectiveness and delivery models in place.
• Define and then articulate new service offerings or approach to the teams.
• Support and create new service solutions for key strategic opportunities.
• Understand the underlying logic & inputs for services cost modelling.
• Create support services for all emerging technologies that will have a wide-reaching impact on the company's services business.

Key Requirements:
• A track record in development of Services Products.
• Lead change in multiple teams towards one shared goal.
• Experience of managing multi-million service contracts both commercials and operations.
• A good understanding of the Educational ICT environment and market factors.
• Ability and influence change at all levels of an organization.
• Creative and big picture approach to aid long term strategic planning.
• Logical approach to problem solving and ability to build learning into repeatable processes.
• Exceptional Judgement and decision-making skills even under tight deadlines and pressure.
• Planning & organising skills as well as flexibility to react to changing priorities.
• Good judgement and decision making.
• High stress tolerance.
• Flexible can-do attitude with a willingness and ability to adapt within the role.
• The ability to think and act independently; with customers and within the business.
• Ability to communicate and present to Technical, Commercial and Operational Staff and teams.
• Good written, numerical and presentation skills
