You will be leading a team of Customer Service Advisors, managing all aspects of their performance, mentoring and developing them and building positive relationships with colleagues, internal and external customers.

Our Customer Management Teams are responsible for retaining and keeping our customers happy. They need to manage and exceed their expectations by delivering a quality service that focuses on our customer centric approach.

Some of what you will be doing
  • Manage all aspects of the team's performance to ensure the highest level of service is delivered.
  • Coach and develop the team in effective questioning and objection handling skills to assist with retention and penetration of accounts.
  • Develop action plans to enhance performance and productivity of all team members and mitigate any knowledge or skill gaps.
  • Coordinate and deploy resources to ensure the effective daily operation.
  • Support incentives to maximise retention, sales, cross sell opportunities and business initiatives.
  • Identify process improvements and liaise with internal and external parties required to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Build and develop positive relationships.

You will have
  • At least 12 months' successful people management experience
  • 2 years' experience in a customer service, sales or account management role
  • Sound financial and commercial understanding
  • A great sense of humour
  • Be self starter, tenacious, resilient and have a positive attitude at all times whilst being impervious to rejection

Successful candidates will be invited to attend an assessment centre on thursday 13th June
