We are currently recruiting for an Wholesale Account Executive to join our fantastic client, based in Luton.

Joining their busy, dynamic Wholesale Team, you will be responsible for the nurturing and development of key clients within the wholesale channel of the business. Charm and organisation go hand in hand in ensuring you provide the required support to clients, and meet critical path deadlines.

Our client are seeking candidates with the experience to build strong relationships. Working closely with and reporting to the MD, you will ideally have experience in or knowledge of the retail industry, but if not, you will need to be a confident communicator who can show dedication and flexibility in the role - ensuring all deadlines and expectations are always achieved - remaining calm under pressure.

Key responsibilities:

Account Management
  • Assist MD with hosting meetings for wholesale accounts; take accurate notes during meetings
  • Order units from suppliers, negotiating prices
  • Ensure all orders leave suppliers on time and arrive at wholesaler on time
  • Manage the critical path for all samples
  • Build strong buyers relationships and assist them with enquires - stock enquires, samples needed and meeting confirmation
  • Document key products running within the wholesale accounts
  • Present ideas for new products and create spec-sheets for new wholesale products

  • Run weekly sales and data reports
  • Run monthly reports for accounts
  • Process all orders on internal system
  • Maintain wholesale tracker spreadsheet to monitor performance
  • Collate box labels for distribution for wholesale deliveries

Hours: Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week, or as necessitates the role)
