The Company:

Focus IT have several roles with an IT solutions client of ours offering talented and motivated Business Development Representatives (BDR) a platform to succeed. With a dynamic and fast paced sales environment, people love coming to work for our client. Our client is looking for several candidates due to demand. We want career minded and money hungry individuals that want to progress into a Corporate Sales position.

The Role:

This is an inside sales role, pursuing new customers through telephone calls, discussing the benefits of their IT solutions portfolio with a view to securing appointments for external sales to close. You will remain in the process and develop your knowledge to progress within the company.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will consistently expand your sales pipeline.

You will generate new opportunities by researching target companies and contacts, making outbound cold calls and emails whilst remaining consultative throughout your approach.

This role provides excellent career growth potential and the ability to sell a portfolio of products.

Role can be known as Inside Sales Representative (ISR), Business Development Representative (BDR), Account Executive , Account Manager , Sales Executive , software sales , IT Sales , Telesales, Cloud Sales, SaaS sales.

The Candidate:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you must have exceptional people and telephone skills and a strong drive to succeed.

A proven track record for meeting KPI's and sales targets

Energetic and a high quality team player with outstanding interpersonal skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Outstanding organisational and time management skills

Proficiency with desktop computers; MS Office, MS Outlook, PowerPoint

Experience in software sales, Cloud sales, SaaS or related technical sales.

The Location: Reading

The salary: £18,000 - £30,000 DOE + Commission + benefits
