A big part of this work is making our holidays accessible to as many customers as possible, whatever their individual needs - and that's where this role comes in.

We're looking for a self-starter with a good working knowledge of accessible travel issues who's passionate about improving the customer experience for passengers with reduced mobility (PRM). Reporting to the Sustainable Business Manager, you'll manage a rolling programme of projects and initiatives designed to enhance the service we offer to our PRM customers, and ensure we comply with our legal requirements at all times.

This role is being offered on a 12 month fixed term maternity contract

What you will be doing
Ensure the holiday experience for customers with reduced mobility is as smooth and hassle-free as possible

Oversee how we gather information from hotels and display it in a way that makes it for easier PRM customers to make the best choice of accommodation for their own personal needs

Investigate the root cause of any PRM service failures or customer complaints, and ensure the lessons learned are applied to help prevent reoccurrence

Help streamline processes and develop common standards across the wider TUI Group to maximise efficiency

Define the key metrics needed to drive progress and work with the relevant teams to make sure we have the right tools in place to report on these

Manage stakeholders across TUI UK & Ireland to maintain high standards of governance and legal compliance

Work with the Learning and Development team to ensure all frontline staff have the knowledge and confidence they need to take care of customers with reduced mobility

Stay on top of what other leading brands are doing and share your findings internally, so TUI continues to improve and innovates in this fast-changing area of travel

What we are looking for

  • Ability to develop an effective network of relationships within and across geographies
  • Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills
