As a self-employed Law Enforcement Agent (Bailiff) you will be working in debt recovery - visiting customers at addresses stated on warrants to obtain payment, execute warrants, make enquiries to trace the whereabouts of customers or seize goods to the value of the warrant for sale at auction.

Role Description:

- Operating on a self-employed basis, you will be planning your own daily schedule from warrants allocated by Marston Group and accepted by you. Following your own schedule to visit addresses to execute warrants or seize goods to the value of the warrant.

-Return warrants where enforcement is not possible in a timely manner and provide and maintain detailed incident reports as required.

-Ensure that all seizure notices are kept in a secure place and enter reports via appropriate devices/databases in accordance with client requirements.

-Maintain any equipment issued by Marston group and used to carry out the services to the required standards.

You will partake in our paid 8-12 week training package before certification - Classroom and field based training with mentoring and support through to and post certification.

Once certified, you will be fully self-employed with access to our warrant system and IT & Body Worn Camera equipment for your own protection.


Full UK Driver's License

No outstanding CCJ's

Good English skills

Preferred -

Own vehicle

Driving experience

Customer service / security / driving / experience

The role is self-employed and has no monthly base salary, your earnings are fully commission based.
