Creative Support wish to recruit a highly organised and experienced administrator to work as part of our Property Services Team based in Stockport. The Office Co-ordinator will be responsible for ensuring the information held by the Property Services Team is systematically stored and easily accessible to our team. We are looking for a positive individual who will be able to step in to roles within the team in the absence of other staff e.g. covering Repairs or Property Management Helpdesks. We need a confident first point of contact for queries, either dealing with queries directly or signposting to another appropriate person in the team.

The Office Co-ordinator will help the Property Services Team find solutions to property related issues e.g. by undertaking property searches based on a provided brief or by supporting the team in finding local contractors. The individual will provide administrative and organisational support to the Business Manager. The individual will deputise for the Business Manager and for other managers in the team, when required.
