Due to increased workload, our client, a leading hospitality business based in York are recruiting for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their department on a temporary basis.

Reporting to the Payroll Manager you will be responsible for the processing of timely and accurate payroll for weekly and monthly paid employees for the business. Other responsibilities includes, but are not limited to:
  • Processing of starters and leavers
  • Absence recording and reporting
  • Inputting data into Payroll System
  • Production of weekly backs reports ad posting costing
  • Pension auto enrolment processing
  • Various general administration duties

Suitable applicants will have:
  • Previous experience within a payroll department
  • High volume payroll processing
  • Good knowledge of payroll legislation and GDPR regulations
  • Experience with pension administration
  • Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Previous experience using iTrent
  • Good MS Excel Skills
