Remit Group are recruiting on the behalf of Strawberry Global where they're looking for confident individuals to bring new clients to their business, through social media, telesales, leads and various events.
As an IT Technical Sales Apprentice, you will be responsible for proactively building and managing your own client base within the business using various methods, such as networking, LinkedIn, over the phone, new leads and aligned marketing sources.

You will be responsible for the following:
  • You'll be required to maintain a high level of customer service with developed account set
  • Be tasked with the Cross and up selling of products at all opportunities
  • Use effectively Dynamics database to track all sales opportunities and record all customer information
  • You'll need to attend required training as and when needed
  • Be required to plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, managing personal time and productivity. Overall, you will be reporting to an assigned Sales Manager
  • You'll manage product/service mix, the pricing and margins according to any and all agreed aims
  • You will also need to communicate, liaise, and present internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships

  • Work with Office Applications and Desktop Operating Systems
  • Able to work within deadlines
  • Have good communication skills
  • Be a quick learner and be able to keep up with new and emerging technologies
  • Overall, you will need to be a confident and outgoing person with a keen interest in Sales and IT Infrastructure

Desired qualifications
  • Preferably 5 GCSEs (A-C) or equivalent/predicted
