We are currently working with a well-known, highly successful ecommerce business who are on the search for an enthusiastic Paid Acquisition Manager to help grow their brand and increase sales. Our client is ambitious, driven and dedicated towards growing their great team and improving their online presence. The Paid Acquisition Manager will be responsible for driving sales across all digital channels including PPC, SEO and social platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience working within ecommerce in a fast-paced, target driven company and have a passion for all things digital and analytical. Key Roles and Responsibilities of a Paid Acquisition Manager:
  • Manage and track PPC campaigns using appropriate programs (DoubleClick, Search Ads 360).
  • Implement and optimise marketing strategies to achieve KPI targets.
  • Regular competitor analysis involving monthly presentations to senior management.
  • Implementation of seasonal campaigns that align with business objectives and ensuring all messages are cohesive across all channels.
  • Meet all business targets and budgets within a strict time frame.
  • Responsible for managing all paid channels including social and PPC.
  • Report weekly to senior management highlighting the performance of paid channels, monthly sales growth, and KPIs.
  • Create monthly attribution reports, highlighting the digital path and conversation rates, and provide recommendations for future performance.

Key Skills and Requirements of a Paid Acquisition Manager:
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in paid search channels (including PPC, Google ads, and social).
  • Relevant university degree is essential.
  • Experience working with DoubleClick, SearchAds360 and Campaign Manager.
  • Evidential experience working towards KPI targets for large businesses showing exceeding results.
  • IDM / CIM Certificate or Diploma is desirable.
  • Must have a passion for digital marketing and analytics.
  • Creative flair with experience in the creative production process (banner ads, social content).
  • Experience working in ecommerce in financial services is desired.
  • Good ability to analyse data and draw recommendations from findings.
