A co-educational secondary school located in the heart of Warrington is looking to recruit a Geography teacher to start with them at the beginning of the new academic year.

This is an open permanent vacancy within this with this good rated secondary school joining a successful Geography and Humanities department. The successful Geography teacher should be experienced at teaching up to GCSE level with applications being encouraged from newly qualified and experienced teachers.

The Head of Humanities is looking for a passionate Geography teacher to join this large department encompassing Geography, History and Religious Education. Teaching high quality lessons is paramount, ensuring students are engaged at all levels and stretched and challenged accordingly. The incoming Geography teacher should therefore be an excellent classroom practitioner, able to teach dynamic lessons.

  • Pay will be dependent upon experience and in line with payscale: £23,720 - £39,406
